The Government Ripudaman College Nabha "Internal Quality Assurance Cell" was established in 17-03-2007. Since then the college IQAC has been working towards the betterment of the institution. It makes regular appraisals of all the departmental activities and suggests improvements wherever needed and ensures their implementation. The college IQAC functions as a coordinating link between the different departments and various committees. Fortunately, all the decisions of the IQAC have been approved by the authority. Most of the decisions were actually implemented. Students and alumni members have also been included in the panel of the IQAC. The IQAC of the college decides the action plan through Academic Calender for the year which is carried out by various departments and cells. The meetings are held with the convenors of different committtees and Heads of various departments under the able guidance of college Principal. The Principal gives final shape to the proposed program. IQAC holds meetings monthly. The college makes efforts to incorporate the healthy suggestions for quality enhancement as that is the stated mission of the college to provide quality education to the students.
